What does a typical day look like for you?
Since we have began to come out of COVID it is changing all of the time. It was very Teams meeting orientated, but I am out on the road a lot now. When I am out and about, I spend my time visiting depots and engineers but mostly focus on seeing customers and supporting our transformation project.
What is the best project/job you have worked on?
Since I started the role, I have been keen to digitise Lloyds British’s services. I am trying to standardise and simplify our processes, using technology to help efficiency and effectiveness. I love finding solutions to complex problems and supporting people to enjoy their job.
What is something people may not know about you?
7 years ago I cycled from London to Paris for charity!
