Lloyds British Training Services has returned again to its maritime roots with its ongoing programme with DP World in Southampton, the second largest container terminal in the UK and a joint venture between DP World and Associated British Ports.
Lloyds British Training has been advising and guiding on the training requirements for the operational staff onsite especially with regard to specialist handling operations and has developed a training programme to be implemented during 2010.
Lloyds British will also be training senior management on the management of lifting operations and the competency requirements for those staff involved in lifting operations.
